Can everyone see my memorial website?
You choose whether your online memorial should be public. You can make your memorial available to everyone, or you can choose to invite the people you want to share the memorial website with. You can also choose whether more people should have the opportunity to create content on the memorial.
Does Loving Memories have the copyright to my pictures, text, etc.?
No, it is your pictures and your text, and it will continue to be.
Can I design my memorial website myself?
You can change the picture at the top and the profile picture of the deceased. The "frame" and the order of the memorial is locked.
Is it free to create a online memorial website?
Yes, it is free to create a online memorial. However, you can choose to purchase our premium solution, which contains more features, for example, the option of pictures for the timeline. You also get more data space for pictures and video. Our premium solution costs $5 per month, $48 per year, or a one-time payment of $99 (lifetime). Read more here.
When do I have to pay?
If you have chosen our premium solution, you pay $5 per month or $48 per year. You can also choose to make a one-time payment of $99 which covers as long as you have the online memorial.
Can I share my memorial website with family and friends?
Yes, you can invite via email or a direct link to the memorial. You can give friends and family access to add pictures to the gallery, post memories, and follow the memorial of your loved one.
Is my online memorial safe?
Loving Memories has the absolute best security partners in website operation and has passed several security checks and tests. Every night a backup is taken, so you are always guaranteed that your memories will not disappear.
How long does it take to create a memorial website?
It takes no more than 2-3 minutes to create a memorial. You can then add pictures, video, write memories, create a timeline, etc.
Do I have unlimited space on the memorial website?
You can add five pictures and a video on a memorial. If you choose our premium solution, however, you can add an unlimited number of pictures and videos.

Can my memorial website be closed?
We reserve the right to close the online memorial if it is used for purposes other than those intended. You will be notified five business days in advance if your memorial website may be closed.
I have changed my mind and want the memorial removed - what do I
do?
